    "description": "<p>Signage Production/Installation</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Those operating in the capacity of “Signage Production/Installation” shall:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Exemplify the Core Values of Wayside:\n<ul>\n<li><br>Positive, Can-Do Attitude</li>\n<li><br>Treat All People With Respect</li>\n<li><br>Solution and Growth Oriented</li>\n<li><br>Honest and Trustworthy</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br>Maintain a high level of quality and productivity in a fast paced, multi-faceted signage and large format print production facility</li>\n</ul>\n<p>As well, the Signage Production/Installation staff member should:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Have a solid understanding of signage production materials and processes, including:\n<ul>\n<li><br>Cut vinyl</li>\n<li><br>Print vinyl</li>\n<li><br>Solid substrates</li>\n<li><br>Laminates</li>\n<li><br>Illuminated sign systems</li>\n<li><br>Pros and cons of different methods and products for different environments</li>\n<li><br>A variety of installation methods, including:\n<ul>\n<li><br>Exterior vinyl applications (windows, doors, walls)<br></li>\n<li>Interior applications (wall wraps, etch, d/s tape)</li>\n<li>Installation hardware (standoffs, screw caps, adhesive tapes/velcro, french cleats)</li>\n<li>vehicle applications</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><br>Have at least 3 years experience in production and/or installation of signage</li>\n<li><br>Have a working knowledge of the safe operation of basic shop tools (table saw, chop saw, power hand tools, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Bonus, but not necessary:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Operational knowledge of laminator, roll to roll printers, CNC machine and vinyl cutter</li>\n<li><br>Knowledge and/or experience of design software</li>\n</ul>",
