This is a full-time position that manages all brand promotions related activity, including but not limited to the following formats: Sports, Spanish, Classic Hits, and Urban. If this sounds like you, we invite you to apply.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary duties include, but are not limited to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the execution of contesting and promotions on stations in Washington, D.C.</li>\n <li>Manage prizing and winner fulfillment process</li>\n <li>Daily translation needed: Spanish/English for Spanish station, El Zol</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Sales, Programming, and third-party partners on prize and promotion details</li>\n <li>Listener relations, such as answering emails, phone calls, following up with winners for prize fulfillment, and collecting/processing necessary paperwork</li>\n <li>Work closely with Programming and Creative Departments to ensure stations positioning/branding is reflected in all marketing, imaging, promotions & digital media</li>\n <li>Assist with any contesting, social media copy & graphic design for stations, as needed</li>\n <li>Write material terms for station contests, and work with Washington, D.C. teams on larger station promotions</li>\n <li>Follow all legal contesting requirements and disclosures with support from legal</li>\n <li>Work with Promotion Directors to ensure contest and department compliance including but not limited to posting contest rules, material terms, maintaining contest files, and promotional agreements within company policy</li>\n <li>Handle recaps for corporate promotional initiatives for the markets </li>\n <li>Collaborate with Sales and Programming Departments on promotion ideation for client and brand initiatives</li>\n <li>Event Marketing based on needs from each station</li>\n <li>Other duties assigned by Manager</li>\n <li>Attend sales meetings, client meetings and station meetings, as needed</li>\n <li>Position reports to SVP/MM Audacy Washington, D.C.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>More About You:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position</li>\n <li>Experience working in fast paced environment able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously </li>\n <li>Demonstrated oral and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and multi-task</li>\n <li>Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>\n <li>Knowledge of promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Audience (web contesting and user-generated content engine) and PromoSuite (promotion management software) Vcreative</li>\n <li>Graphics experience (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)</li>\n <li>Occasional night or weekend work</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>MUST BE BI-LINGUAL.  Must speak and write fluently in Spanish and English</li>\n <li>Three years’ experience executing marketing and promotions campaigns</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in the Liberal Arts preferred and/or equivalent experience and training</li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Notes:</h2>\n<p>Please be aware that Audacy will <strong>never</strong> ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
