    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 41, 41)\">We are currently hiring for <span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-weight: bold\">Sr. Data Scientist 資深資料科學家</span> professionals that will take part in:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(41, 41, 41)\"><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span><br>▸ Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to define goals for data analysis and model applications.<br>▸ Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).<br>▸ Build predictive, clustering, and recommendation models, and evaluate and optimize their performance.<br>▸ Assist in designing A/B tests, analyze experiment results, and validate strategic effectiveness.<br>▸ Integrate multiple data sources (such as behavioral data, transactional data, and third-party tracking tools).<br>▸ Communicate insights through data visualization and storytelling to support decision-making.<br>▸ Work closely with Data Engineers and Analysts to optimize data pipelines and model deployment processes.<br>▸ Research, exploration, and development of applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs)<br><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span><br>1. 3+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, business intelligence, or relevant fields;<br>2. Experienced in formulating real world problems through data-oriented mindset, such as defining metrics, quantifying objectives, and testing hypothesis;<br>3. Experienced in finding out actionable data insights from large amount of data using various estimation/prediction/optimization methodologies;<br>4. Capable of telling stories based on convincing data results for technical and non-technical audiences;<br>5. Versed in programming skills, such as Scala, Python or R;<br>6. Proficient in delivering solution through visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Superset;<br>7. Detail-oriented team player with great communication skills.<br><br><br><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span><br>1. Master/Ph.D. degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or quantitative related fields;<br>2. Working experience in mobile app or live streaming industry;<br>3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;<br>4.
