    "description": "<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>92NY Gymnastics hosts an Xcel (Bronze-Diamond) competitive team, and a robust recreational gymnastics program for ages 1-year old to adults. Come be a part of a fun and family-focused gym that provides a supportive environment for staff and families. Year-round opportunities are available for competitive & recreational gymnastics coaches!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Opportunities available every day of the week, including weekend birthday parties!  <strong>Training available but experienced coaches and teachers preferred. Must have experience working with children.</strong> No minimum hours, flexible schedule, competitive pay. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>92NY is a world-class cultural community center that offers perks of gym membership, discounts on events, cutting-edge training and working with a professional & passionate team! </p>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities Include</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for safety and oversight of recreational and/or competitive gymnasts at all times, including appropriate spotting techniques. </li>\n <li>Deliver age-appropriate curriculum and working knowledge of equipment set-up and break-down.</li>\n <li>Responsible for spotting correctly, as needed </li>\n <li>Attend quarterly Staff Meetings.</li>\n <li>Track athlete attendance and report any issues or incidents to supervisor immediately.</li>\n <li>Greet all children and families with a positive attitude and deliver a fun experience on a daily basis.</li>\n <li>Complete athlete progress charts on a regular basis and communicate level recommendations to respective families.</li>\n <li>Participate in class exhibitions and parent observations.</li>\n <li>Team Only – responsible for attending competitive meets.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Experience, Education, & Skills Desired</h2>\n<p><u>Educational Requirements</u></p>\n<p>USA Gymnastics Instructor or Professional certification preferred. </p>\n<p>HS Diploma required - Bachelor’s Degree preferred. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><u>Experience, Skills & Qualifications</u></p>\n<p>Prior coaching experience preferred. </p>\n<p>USA Gymnastics certification preferred.</p>\n<p>CPR certification required within 6 months of hire date which 92NY can support with. </p>\n<h2>Work Environment & Requirements</h2>\n<p><u>Application Instructions</u></p>\n<p>Interested applicants should forward a resume and cover letter with salary requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to the high volume of applications that we receive, we are only able to contact those applicants whose experience most aligns with the position profile.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Per Diem Compensation Range</p>\n<p>$25 - $35/hour</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.</p>",
