    "description": "<p>Position Summary:<br>The ACT Team Leader/Supervisor serves as the clinical and administrative head of the Assertive<br>Community Treatment (ACT) team. This position requires a minimum of an independently<br>licensed Master’s level qualified practitioner or a Master’s level Registered Nurse (RN). The<br>Team Leader/Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of the ACT team, ensuring<br>adherence to clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. They provide<br>clinical supervision, guidance, and support to team members, including clinicians, case<br>managers, and peer support specialists. Responsibilities also include program development, staff<br>training, and collaboration with community partners to enhance client care and outcomes. The<br>Team Leader/Supervisor reports to senior management and contributes to strategic planning<br>initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and client satisfaction within the ACT program.<br>ACT is an intensive, integrated, rehabilitative, crisis, treatment, and mental health community<br>support service provided by an interdisciplinary team to individuals eighteen (18) and over with<br>serious and persistent mental illness with dedicated staff time and specific staff-to-consumer<br>ratios.<br>Service coverage by the ACT team is required twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per<br>week. Provides co-occurring disorders treatment using evidence-based and stage-appropriate<br>interventions.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br> Provide clinical supervision and oversight to the ACT team.<br> Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in mental health services.<br> Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with team members.<br> Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring quality service delivery.<br> Facilitate staff meetings and training sessions to enhance team competencies.<br> Collaborate with external stakeholders, including community agencies and healthcare<br>providers.<br> Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement activities.<br> Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client care and team operations.<br> Support crisis intervention and management as needed.<br> Uphold ethical standards and promote a culture of professional excellence within the<br>team.<br>Qualifications:<br> Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Nursing, or related field.<br> Current state licensure as an independently licensed practitioner (LCSW, LMFT, LPC,<br>etc.) or Master’s level RN.<br> Minimum of [X] years of experience in mental health or related field, with [Y] years in a<br>supervisory capacity preferred.</p>\n<p> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.<br> Knowledge of ACT principles and evidence-based practices in mental health.<br>Additional Notes<br> Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties<br>and responsibilities to this job at any time.<br> The signatures below indicate the receipt and review of this job description by the<br>employee assigned to the job and a HR Representative</p>",
