    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: </span></span><span>This position provides support services and subject matter expertise in SOF tactical communications and ECM systems. This position operates out of the Zero Point office in Southern Pines, North Carolina.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>MAJOR DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide telecommunication/electronics expertise in the integration, training, fielding, and operation of ECM equipment and communications techniques compatible with ECM systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide expertise for the identification of faults, and complete the corrective actions to repair ECM systems up to the Direct Support level.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Support the integration and fielding of ECM and communication solutions within the continental Unites States (CONUS) and overseas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide ECM and communications SME support to test efforts to assess ECM or communication techniques for capability, compatibility, or interoperability with various Government agencies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Inspect and test returned ECM material that is in an unknown condition and identify which material is fully operational, requires repair, or is beyond economical repair.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">All other duties as assigned by executive management.</span></li>\n<li><span>Conduct administrative tasks to execute Government contracts and support Zero Point’s business objectives</span></li>\n<li><span>Ethics - Keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values.</span></li>\n<li><span>Judgment - Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decision-making process; Makes timely decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span>Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently; Plans for additional resources; Sets goals and objectives; Organizes or schedules other people and their tasks; Develops realistic action plans.</span></li>\n<li><span>Professionalism - Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.</span></li>\n<li><span>Dependability – Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; completes a task on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">5 years’ experience in US military tactical communications and communications systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">SOF EOD; Electronic Warfare; Sea, Air and Land Communicator or career field 18E (Special Forces Communications Sergeant) experience is Highly Desired. If not; More than two years of experience as Mobile ECM Electronic Technician (FSR), preferably with USSOCOM.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">2 years’ experience providing instructional courses in communications systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Expert knowledge of current and emerging military ECM systems</span></li>\n<li><span> Current or eligible for a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proficiency with Microsoft Office software</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Outstanding written and oral communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of radio frequency characteristics and antenna theory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proficient at troubleshooting electronic systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of military training curriculum development and execution</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Expert knowledge of military ECM systems and communications systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to work well in a team environment focusing on meeting tight deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability of lifting to a height of 40” and, without assistance, carrying equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, a distance of up to 50 feet</span></li>\n</ul>",
