You&rsquo;ll be responsible for assessing affected areas, removing water, setting up drying equipment, and preventing further damage to residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service during what can be a stressful time for clients.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effectively perform all the mitigation services the company offers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Water extraction</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Equipment set up and take down.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Containment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Contaminated material removal includes flooring, cabinets, drywall, etc.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete drying of the structure</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Cleaning</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete necessary documentation, daily logs, work orders, etc.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect completed work to ensure company&#39;s quality standards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Load vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies for the day&#39;s work.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain basic cleanliness of company vehicles used each day.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Clear, professional, and timely communication with customers, team members, and managers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participation in all required training assigned by Training Director</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">All other tasks as assigned by the Crew Leader, Superintendent, or Manager</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ year experience in water mitigation, mold remediation and fire/smoke cleanings</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1+ year experience in carpentry&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Availability to work a rotating on-call schedule</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Available for regular overtime</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Able to lift 50 LBS</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Possess excellent customer service skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">IICRC Certifications are required</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s License and pass MVR check</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a background check</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to pass a drug screen</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) and a respirator when required by job.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands / Working Conditions&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, sometimes in tight spaces.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move 75 lbs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work is predominantly performed at a customer&#39;s property where you may encounter standing water, sewage, fire damage, smoke, mold, or other organic growth (PPE is provided).</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">$20.00- $23.00 DOE plus overtime and on-call bonus</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Medical, Dental, Vision, &amp;
