Experience in project management and / or an MSME degree would be a plus.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Knowledge or understanding of petrochemical (or similar regulated industry) practices and requirements.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Demonstrated ability to read, understand, and comply with detailed product specifications.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Experience in refining product knowledge, improving product value, and methodical testing and data collection.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Experience with quality critical engineering-based operations desired.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:15px;\">Experience and knowledge of Lean and driving continuous improvements is a plus.</span></li><li>Experience working in an ISO 9001 facility a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work hands-on with PLCs, mechanical systems, and fluid power is a plus.</li></ul><p style='margin-right:-4.3pt;margin-left:-.2in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin-top:8.0pt;margin-bottom:6.0pt;font-weight:bold;'>Personal Characteristics&nbsp;
