Come join Arcwood and be part of our legacy of environmental leadership!</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions & Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Field Services Supervisor </strong><strong></strong>As a Field Services Supervisor you will be responsible for providing oversight to field services employees and equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and satisfaction for both internal and external customers. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times</li>\n <li>Provides supervision of site crew to ensure that work is performed according to consultant and customer specifications; performs each job in the most efficient manner possible </li>\n <li>Oversees the safety of the crew, ensuring employees are wearing proper safety equipment and following safe work practices</li>\n <li>Keeps customer informed of job progress; answers any onsite questions and maintains good customer relations</li>\n <li>Completes daily paperwork to track labor, equipment, supplies and materials used for billing purposes and other associated documentation; keeps project manager informed of changes in usage from contract </li>\n <li>Serves as backup/fill-in for any crew position as needed</li>\n <li>Supervises emergency response teams as needed</li>\n <li>Participates in hiring, performance evaluation, promotion and discipline decisions as needed </li>\n <li>Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education </h2>- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of hazardous waste field experience (required)</li>\n <li><strong>*Due to the potential exposure to atmospheres/waste/materials, this position requires individuals to be clean shaven at all times in order to don a respirator for protection.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits, Compensation & Workforce Diversity</h2>Arcwood offers competitive pay and bonus incentives.
