In this role, you will assist licensed physical, occupational, and speech therapists in providing high-quality patient care. You’ll help support patient progress, maintain clean and organized therapy areas, and ensure equipment is ready for use.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications Of A Rehab Tech:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p></li>\n <li>CNA License.</li>\n <li><p>Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift and assist patients safely.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>Responsibilities Of A Rehab Tech:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans under direct supervision.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Escort and assist patients with mobility and positioning as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor and report patient responses to therapy.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform clerical duties including scheduling, documentation support, and inventory tracking.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in therapy areas.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients during rehabilitation.</p></li>\n</ul>",
