The London office plays a key role in supporting UK operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Supply Chain Practitioner Apprentice, supporting the logistics and customer service team in a dynamic international business environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Apprenticeship Summary:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>• Salary: £15,600 a year (based on £8 per hour)<br>• Working Week: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid break)<br>• Hours: 37.5 hours per week<br>• Online apprenticeship training supported by skilled tutors<br>• Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner Apprenticeship<br>• Location: 14–16 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 8QW</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>This role sits within the Supply Chain and Customer Service function and reports to the Logistics &amp; Customer Service Manager UK. The apprentice will support customer order processing, logistics coordination and supply chain operations across the UK business.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced international environment while developing core supply chain and customer service skills.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Duties:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>• Process customer orders and manage the full order cycle from receipt to invoicing.<br>• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints.<br>• Manage sample orders and customer returns, including issuing credit notes.<br>• Act as a point of contact for daily operations with production plants, warehouse teams, and third-party logistics providers.<br>• Liaise with finance teams to review customer credit issues.<br>• Conduct stock analysis and ensure alignment between warehouse and internal systems.<br>• Support demand planning with updates on deliveries and stock levels.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, commercial, and HR.<br>• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of goods.<br>• Carry out additional duties appropriate to the role as directed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Candidate:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications, Qualities &amp; Experience</span></p>\n<p><br>• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.<br>• Good communication skills (written and verbal).<br>• Results-oriented with a proactive attitude.<br>• Good time management and punctuality.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Fast learner with a willingness to develop.<br>• <span style=\"color: inherit\">Microsoft Office applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">• Advanced user of Excel</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit\">• Power BI knowledge is a plus</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training and Development:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As an apprentice, you will receive support through both on-the-job learning and formal training as part of your apprenticeship programme.
