    "description": "<p><em>We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel, to join our amazing team!</em></p>\r\n<p><br><em>For this role, you’ll be working closely with the rest of the organisation and providing legal advice and support - Remote working is considered an option.</em></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><em>Main Responsibilities:</em></span></p>\r\n<p><span></span><em>• providing legal support for the company’s financial transactions and the company’s clients, including the preparation of necessary documents, contracts, additional agreements, legal opinions on commercial risks, legal support in the AML / CFT procedure (including Russian, English, bilingual);</em><br><em>• preparation and introduction of amendments to corporate documents: powers of attorney, protocols, resolutions of directors and shareholders, and other corporate documents (Russian-language, English-language with the participation of foreign consultants);</em><br><em>• legal analysis and/or preparation of contracts, additional agreements and other documents related to the connection of new financial instruments (payment gateways, opening of new bank accounts, including in foreign jurisdictions);</em><br><em>• development of standard forms of documents,</em><br><em>• execution of other assignments of a legal nature for the smooth operation of the legal department.</em></p>\r\n<p><br></p>\r\n<p><span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><em>Requirements:</em></span></p>\r\n<p><span></span><em>- Qualified lawyer (law degree)</em><br><em>- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience either in banks, payment institutions or IT companies, consulting</em><br><em>- Consulting experience is a big plus</em><br><em>- Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs</em><br><em>- Adapting to a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and flexibility</em><br><em>- Fluency in Russian, both written and spoke</em><br><em>- Upper-intermediate level of English/Russian</em></p>",
