          "text": "<p><strong><u>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Involved in design, development and maintain applications incorporating both front-end and back-end technologies.</li><li>Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code.</li><li>Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Consults with Product and Business groups to provide high-level application software development services.</li><li>Actively participate in code reviews.</li><li>Mentoring junior developers.</li><li>Analyzes the situation and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.</li><li>5 to 12 years of experience in software development required – proficiency in Java and Front-End UI Technologies.</li><li>Experience of working in front-end languages, libraries and frameworks (Angular, HTML/ CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, jQuery)</li><li>Experience of working in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Security, ORM, Spring Data libraries.</li><li>Experience of working in Oracle or SQL Server.</li><li>Solid coding and troubleshooting experience on Web Services and RESTful API.</li><li>Experience &amp; Good Understanding of Messaging frameworks like IBM MQ or Kafka.</li><li>Experience in Caching frameworks and Fix protocol are added advantages.</li><li>Good experience in SDLC, DevOps processes – CI/CD tools, Git, etc.</li><li>Experience in unit testing frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Junit, etc.</li><li>Knowledge on Scrum and Agile methodologies and ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Familiarity with one or more AI vibe-coding and coding-assist tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, etc)</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills And Experience</strong><br>\n• Experience in the securities or financial services industry with focus on Equities<br>\n• Previous experience designing and implementing new systems and features across platforms<br>\n• Understanding of trade life cycles for equities<br>\n• Brings production support experience and can troubleshoot issues under pressure<br>\n• Previous experience with application profiling and debugging<br>\n• Strong communication and organization skills</p><p><strong>Regards,</strong></p><p><strong>Mohammed ilyas,</strong></p><p><strong>PH - 229-264-4024 or Text - 229-469-1455 or you can share the updated resume at Mohammed@vtekis. com</strong></p>",
