    "description": "<p><br></p>\n<p>Nous recherchons un(e) Spécialiste du contrôle des stocks rigoureux(se) qui prendra en charge les vérifications physiques, l’enquête sur les écarts et la production de rapports. Votre travail améliorera directement la précision des stocks, réduira la reprise et soutiendra des registres d’inventaire prêts pour l’audit avec un impact concret sur l’expérience client et l’efficacité opérationnelle.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Détails du poste:</span></p>\n<p>Lieu : Montréal<br>Type d’emploi : Temps plein (40 heures/semaine)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsabilités principales :</span></p>\n<p>Effectuer des vérifications physiques régulières de l’inventaire dans les emplacements de l’entrepôt<br>Enquêter sur les écarts d’inventaire et en identifier les causes principales<br>Réconcilier les écarts et préparer les ajustements d’inventaire avec la documentation requise, les codes de motifs et les approbations nécessaires<br>Tenir des registres précis des recomptages et des écarts afin de soutenir la préparation aux audits et l’analyse des tendances<br>Produire des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur les écarts, les enjeux récurrents et les mesures correctives recommandées<br>Escalader les écarts importants, les soupçons de pertes (shrink) ou les problèmes systémiques en fournissant des preuves et des prochaines étapes proposées</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compétences et qualifications</span>:</p>\n<p>1 à 3+ ans d’expérience en contrôle des stocks, opérations d’entrepôt, réconciliation, audit ou domaine connexe<br>Solide connaissance de Magic: The Gathering (identification des éditions, variantes/impressions, foil vs non-foil, attentes liées à la condition)<br>Excellente attention aux détails, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer un très grand nombre de SKU<br>Excellentes compétences avec les feuilles de calcul (Excel / Google Sheets) et aisance à produire des rapports clairs<br>À l’aise de travailler dans un environnement d’entrepôt (debout/marche; levage selon la politique)<br>Bonnes aptitudes en communication et en résolution de problèmes, capacité à collaborer entre départements</p>\n<p>Atouts :</p>\n<p>Expérience avec NetSuite ou un ERP/WMS similaire<br>Expérience avec la numérisation (scanners) et les flux de travail basés sur les emplacements<br>Connaissance d’autres catégories TCG (Pokémon, Lorcana, etc.)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Avantages:</span></p>\n<p>Assurance santé, dentaire et soins de la vue<br>Régime d’épargne-retraite<br>Code de rabais employé</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to take ownership of physical inventory checks, discrepancy investigation, and reporting.
