Job progress vs. amount billed</li>\n<li>Review customer billing requirements within the contract and complete, as necessary</li>\n<li>Ensure project file integrity (confirm that all project docs have been collected i.e., bonds, insurance, subcontract signed and fully executed as applicable), project specs, safety plans</li>\n<li>Validate project field report</li>\n<li>Work directly with account payable, subcontractors, accounts receivable, and state agencies as needed for tax issues, government reporting, and/or wage issues, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Skills, Qualifications, Experience: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field</li>\n<li>1 year of experience as a Construction Manager, Project Engineer or related occupation in which the required construction management experience is gained.</li>\n<li>RFI preparation and submittals</li>\n<li>Proficient in project management software, code and specification compliance, contract compliance and monitoring, and creating cost loaded schedules.</li>\n<li>Must have experience working in a fast-paced office environment within a team setting</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with exceptional organizational skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English</li>\n<li>Superior written, oral and digital communication skills</li>\n<li>MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Multiple positions available. <br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Employment Type</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Full time</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Jobsite: 1501 S Clinton St., Suite 1302, Baltimore, MD 21224<br><br>Project Manager will visit construction sites once every two weeks within Baltimore MD metro area.<br><br>Mail resumes to: Matos Builders, LLC, 1501 S Clinton St., Suite 1302, Baltimore, MD 21224.
