text-decoration: underline\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration: underline\">Essential Functions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to assess their skincare needs and concerns, taking into account their stage of maternity and any related health considerations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Provide personalized skincare recommendations and treatment plans tailored to each client's unique skin type, concerns, and maternity stage, including those trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform a variety of holistic skincare treatments, including facials, massages, exfoliation, and moisturizing therapies, using natural and pregnancy-safe products and techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Offer specialized treatments to address common skincare issues experienced during the client’s stage of maternity, such as hormonal changes, pigmentation, sensitivity, and hydration imbalances.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Educate clients on safe and effective skincare practices during pregnancy and breastfeeding, including ingredient awareness, sun protection, and self-care routines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Collaborate with other practitioners within the wellness center, such as midwives, doulas, nutritionists, and holistic therapists, to provide holistic and integrated care to clients.</span><br>\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain a clean, sanitary, and inviting treatment environment in accordance with industry standards and regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and developments in holistic skincare, maternity wellness, and pregnancy-safe ingredients to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality in all interactions and treatments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Evaluate clients’ specific needs and expectations to determine the best appropriate services, products and personal attention required to achieve satisfaction</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Interact cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Presents a professional and respectful persona for customers and co-workers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Monitor the appointment schedule throughout the day to stay informed on changes, and performs treatments in the allotted amount of time, remaining on schedule</span><br>\n<ul></ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; text-decoration: underline\">Other Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Participate in all staff and team educational meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Adhere to Company policies regarding dress and appearance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Practice the highest standard of sanitation and tidiness in the spa</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Actively build a repeat clientele, and meets service and retail sales performance requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Use appropriate quantities of products and laundry in accordance with Company protocols</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Participate in laundering linens, washing, drying and folding items during shift; and </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">inventory management, receiving, ticketing and stocking merchandise as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving clients or co-workers that may require attention or follow-up</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Is responsible for cleanliness of countertops and products within the cabin, stocking the room with linens and supplies as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Performs prepwork and cleans and restocks work areas as required,</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"> including, without limitation, periodic sanitation under vinyl table covers with UV wand of the table warmers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">If not fully booked, utilizing any available time for client communications and supporting the team as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<ul></ul>\n<span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
