We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">As an Affiliate Associate/Senior Associate you will take charge of </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales on TikTok.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance, and incentives to drive performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Create and optimize TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and analyze TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimize results.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, algorithms, and best practices to maximize visibility and reach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for - the ideal profile</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, trends, and algorithms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and storytelling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive optimization.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">In return, you will be getting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">You will work with our portfolio of leading international brands, delivering engaging livestreams and video content to the highest standards.
