          "text": "<p><u><em><strong>12-hour Day Shift - 6am - 6pm</strong></em></u></p><ul><li>Assist warehouse activities during times when asked</li><li>Identify issues and perform corrective actions.</li><li>Work in accordance with set departmental/company 12-hour schedule.</li><li>Assist colleagues when necessary to ensure a smooth running of the warehouse</li><li>Provide recommendations on process improvements</li><li>Assist with continuous improvement initiatives implementation</li><li>Perform specific approved operator level equipment maintenance</li><li>Execute PPE safety standards while ensuring escalation of issues such as the adherence to PPE.</li><li>Monitor departmental 5S activities, ensuring compliance and standards are met</li><li>Ensure all warehouse documentation applicable to the job is completed in a timely, accurate manner</li><li>Transport and/or facilitate the movement of material between warehouses and to production and quality.</li><li>Report any safety, quality and productivity issues to supervisors and managers</li><li>Make sure operators are properly using tools and equipment while escalating damage or non-adherence</li><li>Ensuring that L2 (MH) line clearance procedures are adhered to</li><li>Ensure all scrap procedures are being adhered to</li><li>Maintain proper storage of materials and indirect supplies</li><li>Verify Goods Received (GR) process steps are being accurately followed</li><li>Make sure materials are being staged properly and FIFO (First-In-First-Out) is being followed</li><li>Cover and assist L1 (Packer) and L2 (Material Handler) when short staffed or needed</li></ul>",
