    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Sales Professional</p><p>Job Summary Responsible for developing new business as well as maintaining business with existing clientele. This position involves inside and outside sales functions. Services for open-hole, cased-hole logging, perforating, tubing conveyed perforating, and pipe recovery services, serving as the primary liaison between the client and Horizontal operations at all times, including pre-job planning, in progress assistance, and post-job follow up. This person must assess complex information and provide solutions that add value to Horizontal and the client for a wide range of problems in the wireline business.</p><p>All jobs associated with the Company will be executed safely and per all regulatory and Horizontal specific Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.</p><p>Essential Functions</p><p>&bull; Selling OH and CH services (based on services offered at assigned base)</p><p>&bull; Account management for assigned clients</p><p>&bull; Market share and competitor analysis</p><p>&bull; Bid preparation and submission for approvals</p><p>&bull; Job cost analysis</p><p>&bull; Forecasting and reporting</p><p>&bull; Developing sales plans</p><p>&bull; Problem job resolution</p><p>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics</p><p>&bull; Must have a proven sales experience</p><p>&bull; Knowledge of wireline services offered</p><p>&bull; Bachelor&#39;s degree preferred</p><p>&bull; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p>&bull; Previous sales experience required</p><p>&bull; Computer proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint</p><p>&bull; Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment</p><p>&bull; Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions</p><p>&bull; Comprehensive knowledge of products/systems</p><p>&bull; Good business acumen</p><p>&bull; Negotiating skills</p><p>Physical Work Activities and Exposure</p><p>&bull; Frequent sitting, talking or hearing</p><p>&bull; Use hands to handle, feel or operate objects, tools, or controls</p><p>&bull; Must be able to dispatch to a client&#39;s office or job-site on short notice</p><p>&bull; Able to work and drive in changing climate conditions</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>&bull; High School/GED, Undergraduate degree in geology or engineering preferred.</p><p>&bull; Language Skills: Ability to write reports and effectively communicate with peers, subordinates, supervisors, and customers.</p><p>&bull; Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</p><p>Special Requirements</p><p>Possession of or ability to obtain a valid state driver&#39;s license required at HWS</p><p>Necessary Physical Abilities to Perform Essential Job Functions</p><p>Safety of our employees is a crucial priority of Horizontal; thus, the Company must ensure that applicants are physically able to perform certain essential functions of the Sales Professional position.
