    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Client Executive<br><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Private Client Practice Area<br><strong>Reports To:</strong> Director of Risk Management &amp; Client Services<br><strong>FLSA Status:&nbsp;</strong>Exempt&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong>As a Client Executive in the Private Client Group, you&rsquo;ll build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, deliver proactive risk consultation, and ensure exceptional service throughout the client journey. You&rsquo;ll manage a book of business, lead onboarding, support renewals, and collaborate with Advisors to recommend coverage solutions and carrier strategies. You&rsquo;ll be a trusted resource for clients, guiding them through claims and policy changes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Onboard new clients and deliver a seamless transition experience.</li><li>Proactively manage and retain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients.</li><li>Consult with clients to assess risk and recommend tailored insurance solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with Advisors to quote, present, and bind policies for new and renewal business.</li><li>Lead carrier negotiations and oversee policy issuance.</li><li>Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Conduct annual insurance and risk reviews; provide actionable recommendations.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely documentation in agency systems (e.g., Epic).</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand coverage for existing clients.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.</li><li>Support agency growth and retention goals.</li><li>Travel to meet clients and partners as needed.</li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Active Property &amp; Casualty Insurance license (Colorado).</li><li>Insurance designations (CISR, CIC) a plus.</li><li>5+ years&rsquo; client-facing insurance experience, preferably with high-net-worth clients.</li><li>Experience with Applied Epic or similar systems is beneficial.</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Commitment to ongoing professional development.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:&nbsp;</strong>This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION INFORMATION:</strong></p><ul><li>Pay Range: $70,000 - $130,000/year (Dependent on experience and/or qualifications)</li><li>Total Compensation = Pay + Performance Bonus (up to 10%) + Benefits</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:&nbsp;</strong>This position primarily operates in a professional office environment.
