This individual provides Christ-centered chaplain care to assigned employees and companies while actively supporting the expansion of CCA’s ministry footprint by cultivating new relationships with prospective client companies.</p>\n<p>This dual-focus role advances CCA’s mission to reach more workplaces for Christ by combining high-quality pastoral care with intentional outreach and relationship development.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p><strong>1. Chaplaincy Care (Approximately 50%)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop caring, confidential relationships with assigned employees, owners, and their families through consistent on-site presence.</li>\n <li>Provide spiritual counsel, emotional support, and crisis intervention grounded in Biblical truth.</li>\n <li>Maintain a ministry of presence in diverse workplace environments, representing CCA’s mission and values with excellence.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate care records and ensure strict adherence to CCA’s confidentiality policy and chaplain manual.</li>\n <li>Provide 24/7 on-call availability for emergencies within assigned companies.</li>\n <li>Support team unity by displaying and promoting a collaborative, ministry-minded attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>2. Growth & Field Development (Approximately 50%)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with the Regional Director and Field Development leadership to identify and engage prospective client companies.</li>\n <li>Participate in outreach efforts, including networking, local events, and community engagement, to communicate CCA’s mission and value.</li>\n <li>Conduct introductions and coordinate follow-up meetings with business owners, executives, and HR leaders.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the Growth Team to share lead information, coordinate prayer groups, and support the closing process.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain a growing network of business and ministry contacts aligned with CCA’s mission.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and full alignment with CCA’s Statement of Faith and Christian Community Policy.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of pastoral or chaplaincy experience.</li>\n <li>Strong relational, communication, and presentation skills across diverse workplaces and backgrounds.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated business acumen and ability to engage confidently with organizational leaders.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required; seminary or chaplain certification preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel regionally with a flexible schedule and valid driver’s license.</li>\n <li>Proficient in computer and mobile technology for documentation and communication.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates and Licenses</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Denominational ordination or ministry commissioning.</li>\n <li>Valid state driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands / Working Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires regular travel by car or plane to assigned sites and events.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, and interact in a variety of workplace environments.</li>\n <li>Work may involve exposure to varying weather or industrial conditions.</li>\n</ul>",
