Come, stay, and grow with us.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Gather requirements from the stakeholders and document using process maps and user stories</li>\n <li>Define end-to-end solution design aligned with business and enterprise architecture</li>\n <li>Creating the Functional Specification document from Business Requirements</li>\n <li>Creating a detailed business analysis document that can outline the problems, opportunities, and solutions</li>\n <li>Project budget analysis and reporting, estimation, and resource planning</li>\n <li>Analyze the requirements and define solutions</li>\n <li>Contribute to the business through innovation ideas, proof of concepts etc</li>\n <li>Wireframing and User story preparation</li>\n <li>Ensure traceability between requirements, design and implementation.</li>\n <li>UAT and change implementation support</li>\n <li>Manage stakeholders and provide updates with reports</li>\n <li>Demo to business‌es</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>B.E in computer science or related field with 5 to 7 years in Business analysis, project management (B2B – eCommerce)</li>\n <li>System Development Lifecycle and Change Control process understanding</li>\n <li>Desire to work within structured SDLC process and maintain strict compliance is a must</li>\n <li>Solid analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills required</li>\n <li>Working knowledge in Hybris, .NET,Java apps is a plus</li>\n</ul>",
