detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to support our Part 135 charter </span><span>operations during</span><span> </span><span>overnight</span><span> hours. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>You play a critical role in ensuring every flight </span><span>operates</span><span> safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies, </span></span><span><span>while the fleet is active and supported around the clock. </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span>This is an overnight position requiring the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and keep operations moving when the rest of the world is asleep.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform all operational duties during </span><span>overnight</span><span> hours in support of Part 135 charter flights.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Monitor flight activity, crew scheduling, trip planning, and dispatch functions through company’s flight scheduling and tracking systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance, and the </span><span>day-shift</span><span> operations team to ensure </span><span>accurate</span><span>, thorough handoffs at shift </span><span>change</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company policies, procedures, and safety protocols in all scheduling and release decisions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Serve as a key point of contact </span><span>overnight</span><span>, supporting real-time decision-making across the fleet </span><span>with minimal supervision</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain </span><span>accurate</span><span> records in the flight operations systems, including flight logs, crew duty/rest data, and trip-specific documentation</span><span>.</span></span><span> <br></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Qualifications </span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aviation operations, dispatch, crew support, charter coordination, or related role.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Working knowledge of FAA regulations and Part 135 requirements (preferred).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to work independently and decisively during overnight hours.  </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>R</span><span>eliability</span><span> and</span><span> punctuality</span><span> are essential</span><span>: </span><span>the</span><span> overnight shift depends on you showing up. </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong written and verbal communication
