Granite Pathways is seeking a compassionate and reliable Wellness and Recovery Generalist to join our team within a Clubhouse model of recovery. This role offers the opportunity to work side-by-side with members in a strengths-based, community-focused environment that promotes mental health recovery, wellness, and independence. The ideal candidate values meaningful relationship-building thrives in a collaborative setting, and is committed to supporting individuals through empowerment, inclusion, and alignment with the Clubhouse philosophy.
Responsibilities
Ensures member engagement with all Clubhouse opportunities, including planning, coordinating, and executing daily work alongside Clubhouse members. Assist with internal and external employment and educational programs. Utilize a strength-based approach to help members set and achieve personal, career and wellness goals. Assist members in accessing needed community services and support while encouraging member’s self-sufficiency. Foster a recovery environment in which members feel wanted, needed, and expected. Staff clubhouse social and recreational programs. Flexibility to staff rotation of holiday hours. Develop and maintain essential community partnerships that benefit the Clubhouse community. Provide leadership with members in relationship to Clubhouse mission and goals Provide transportation for participants to the Clubhouse, community events, social activities, medical appointments and their residences as needed.
Qualifications
Required Education and Job Experience
High School diploma or equivalent. AS, BA or equivalent preferred: social work, psychology, education, occupational therapy, human services, behavioral health, or related field. At least one year of experience or personal knowledge of mental illness and/or other neurological brain disorders, and a demonstrated passion to support individuals to reach their potential and have the highest quality of life possible. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledgeable with MS office software applications, google drive applications, social media platforms, and electronic medical records.
Training
1-week onboarding Clubhouse training will be required at our Seacoast location in Portsmouth, NH. Travel reimbursement would be made available.
Physical Demands
As an active day program setting, the position involves frequent standing, sitting, and moving around the space; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.; and some work in a kitchen environment.
Travel Demands
Travel is primarily local during the business day as needed. 2-week clubhouse colleague training will be provided during employment, requiring out-of-state travel. Essential functions of the job may require travel to activities in the community which would include transporting members.
Work Conditions
Work is typically performed in an office environment but may be required to perform job duties outside of the office setting.

Normal business hours: At times, must be willing to work beyond normal business hours as needed by operational needs and event schedules.
