Has ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and Teams. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> Responsible for all aspects related to entering the medication orders for various facilities. </p>\n<p>Ensuring that all Third-Party claims are billed properly. Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for accurate data entry of patient profiles and medications</li>\n <li>Responsible for all aspects related to entering medication orders for various facilities</li>\n <li>Maintaining accurate information for patients and facilities</li>\n <li>Responsible for billing and crediting each facility appropriately and accurately each month</li>\n <li>Assist in new home setup and implementation across the region </li>\n <li>Assist in orienting and training new employees</li>\n <li>Work with the billing department to oversee the completion of individuals unbilled reports</li>\n <li>Assign daily unbilled reports</li>\n <li>Maintain and demonstrate top tier data entry production as determined by Manager</li>\n <li>Helps in managing outside services that have an impact on HealthDirect customer service (ex. INFINX, SDS)</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Two years of service</li>\n <li>AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience:  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years’ experience as a pharmacy customer service technician required</li>\n <li>Previously demonstrated top 5% data entry performance metrics </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required </strong>(Vermont Employees):</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician </li>\n</ul>",
