          "text": "<p>Summary:</p><p>The Sr. Controls Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, improvement, and optimization of control systems,<br>\nincluding machine, robot, vision systems, and measurement programs. It involves solving complex automation and<br>\nprogramming challenges with no supervision and escalating only the most critical issues when necessary. The Sr.<br>\nControls Engineer is expected to be available outside of standard working hours to support urgent production needs when required.<br>\nThis role provides support and technical training to all technicians in the organization. The primary goal is to quickly advance the technical competence of all technicians.</p><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex programming issues in control systems and automation equipment. Identify and&#xa0;engage external expertise when necessary</li><li>Debug and implement process improvements for assembly and manufacturing line controls to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.</li><li>Design, develop, and optimize control concepts for automated equipment and systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and modify robot-to-PLC interface programs to ensure seamless integration and performance.</li><li>Maintain, update, and improve vision inspection systems as part of the automation process.</li><li>Support maintenance teams in diagnosing and resolving equipment-related issues.</li><li>Provide hands-on training and technical guidance to controls &amp; maintenance personnel on control systems and automation equipment.</li><li>Stay current with new technologies, software, and hardware to maintain a high level of technical proficiency.</li><li>Execute special projects and assignments as directed by management.</li><li>Demonstrate strong working knowledge and capability in PLC programming languages.</li><li>The standard work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, with flexibility required.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><u><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></u><br>\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required.<br>\nAdvanced knowledge of PLC programming is expected, typically gained through a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or automation environment.<br>\nFive years minimum experience and/or specialized training in industrial control systems, automation, robotics is required.</p><p><br>\n<u><strong>Qualification Requirements:</strong></u><br>\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. May assist in orienting and training lower-level employees.</li></ul><p>Computer Skills:</p><ul><li>Must have advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software.</li><li>Existing knowledge and experience w/ Nexeed-MES and portfolio is plus.</li><li>ERP or other manufacturing execution software experience is plus</li><li>Must be capable of learning other software packages.</li></ul><p><br>\nOther Skills and Abilities:</p><ul><li>Individual must possess the interpersonal skills to communicate with coworkers.</li><li>Project Management experience is plus</li></ul><p>Physical Demands/Work Environment:</p><ul><li>Must have the ability to work in a manufacturing assembly environment. The positions requires the ability to stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time, repetitively bend, twist, grasp and lift up to 45 pounds.</li></ul>",
