The Marketing Director is responsible for leading Heirloom's creative team, managing multiple marketing channels, and continuously evaluating the company's value proposition to all customer segments. The Marketing Director reports to the CEO but works cross-functionally with Product Managers, UX Designers, and the Customer Success Team. The Marketing Director is inquisitive, data-driven, and motivated to hard launch the world's first private social network for celebrating all photos, videos, and metamemories.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2b90d6; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 800\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Research &amp; maintain a keen understanding of competitors &amp; comparables</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop &amp; iterate a marketing plan on a startup budget</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Lead a creative team of employees, contractors, and interns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Manage Heirloom's brand guide, content directory, and style guide</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Collect &amp; analyze KPI to optimize the marketing content, timing, and channels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Participate in agile project management standup meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Coordinate with the CTO, designers, and developers</span></li>\n<li>Assist the Customer Success Team as required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Advise Heirloom leadership continuously</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2b90d6; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 800\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proven 4+ years of success in digital marketing &amp; SEO</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proven experience with creative software, Adobe Suite a plus</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proven experience with collaboration software, Google Workplace a plus</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Proven experience with CRM software, HubSpot a plus</span><br></li>\n<li>Proven experience using Google Analytics and other data analytical tools</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Appreciation for guerilla marketing tactics and grassroots campaigns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Flexibility to work on a rapidly evolving schedule</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minimum of a BS/BA in marketing, business, or a related field</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2b90d6; font-size: 22px; font-weight: 800\">Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Hybrid work location: The right mix of WFH, in-office, and some travel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Contract, full-time, and equity positions are considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Benefits available for full-time employment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>",
