    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p>JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:</p><p>EVS Attendant A and EVS Attendant B:</p><p>Responsible for the general cleaning of all public areas, restrooms and offices throughout the entire project complex as needed.</p><p>EVS Attendant B:</p><p>In addition to the duties of Attendant A, Attendant B will use equipment to strip, wax, and buff floors, extract carpets and do power washing when designated by EVS Foreman.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:</p><p>&bull; Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.</p><p>&bull; Actively supports the company culture of creating a fun and entertaining experience for internal and external guests.</p><p>&bull; Ensures all Company Policies and Procedures are adhered to on assigned shift.</p><p>&bull; Ensures that all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment are used in accordance with manufacturer&rsquo;s instructions.</p><p>&bull; Maintains strict adherence that all OSHA Safety rules, and company safety regulations are followed.</p><p>&bull; Responsible for advising management of repairs and replacements necessary in assigned areas and is accountable for cleanliness and overall condition of the public areas, restrooms, and offices.</p><p>&bull; Interacts with customers and other project departments in a professional and courteous manner.</p><p>&bull; Clean carpets, machines, tables and chairs/other furniture, windows and light fixtures.</p><p>&bull; Sanitize and maintain bathrooms.</p><p>&bull; All high dusting.</p><p>&bull; Floor coverings.</p><p>&bull; Clean beverage server area.</p><p>&bull; Deep cleaning in all kitchens (including hoods)/ food and beverage venues.</p><p>&bull; Garbage/Trash removal/Cleaning trash cans</p><p>&bull; Vacuuming</p><p>&bull; Set up tables and chairs for events.</p><p>&bull; All other duties as assigned.</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
