We’re expanding our Digital Solutions Team, and we’re looking for someone ready to jump in and own projects from day one.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">The Role</span><br>As a Junior Developer, you’ll be tasked with designing and implementing custom digital tools, dashboards, automations, and tech workflows across our teams. You’ll work closely with operations and our administration leadership to build tools that make the business run smoother and smarter.</p>\n<p>You will also assist with general IT solutions — including system integrations, troubleshooting platform issues, and recommending or implementing smarter tools for daily use.</p>\n<p>This is a high-autonomy, high-responsibility role. You will scope, build, test, launch, and support tools with minimal supervision.
