      "content": "\n<li>Perform daily monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the HACCP program and recommend corrective actions for deviations</li>\n<li>Responsible for Pre-Operational inspections, perform equipment sanitation verification and maintain environmental sanitation records</li>\n<li>Monitor and identify any product, processes or equipment that are not within acceptable tolerances and respond with immediate corrective action</li>\n<li>Monitoring inbound and outbound product quality</li>\n<li>Assist in facility (interior and exterior) GMP inspections</li>\n<li>Verifies label compliance and packaging tare weights</li>\n<li>Monitor CCPs and record results</li>\n<li>Initiate and enforces: ingredient, packaging or product QC Holds when needed</li>\n<li>Monitors temperature and chemical concentration of sanitation systems</li>\n<li>Maintain ongoing company compliance with all applicable regulations and third party audit requirements</li>\n<li>Participate in preparation for Third Party and Internal audits</li>\n<li>Provide support and coaching to employees and production management to maintain and improve facility QA practices and procedures</li>\n<li>Perform data entry and data analysis tasks</li>\n<li>Help in collecting samples for shelf life and other special projects.</li>\n<li>Help in collecting data and reporting.</li>\n<li>Participate in projects and meetings with the goal of improving food safety and food quality</li>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of changes that advance QA systems and/or programs</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Possession of High School Diploma, experience in similar quality control roles are preferred</li>\n<li>Excellent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook, etc.)</li>\n<li>Excellent technical writing skills</li>\n<li>Good understanding of QA systems</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge in HACCP, SFCR and GFSI</li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and a sense of urgency</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment</li>\n<li>Excellent Organizational skills, attention to detail, keen and quick learner</li>\n<li>Experience in a food processing facility is an asset</li>\n<li>Possess positive attitude and professional approach with the willingness to learn and improve</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or part of a team and get things done with minimal supervision</li>\n"
