    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #494949\">The Welder is a safety sensitive position responsible for performing high quality welding duties for oilfield related construction and maintenance projects under the direction of the Welder Foreman.
