Come and work with the best of the best at Envoy Air where you will join a team committed to providing outstanding service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Amazing employee flight privileges within the American Airlines global network</li>\n <li>Training and development programs to take your career to the next level</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and life benefits (subject to location)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Pay rate: </u>$12.28/hr.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>How will you make an impact?  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists passengers with claims for lost/damaged luggage.</li>\n <li>May provide announcements to passengers explaining baggage procedures and offering assistance to disabled passengers at the baggage claim area.</li>\n <li>Remove unclaimed bags from carousel.</li>\n <li>Stack unclaimed items onto baggage carts and into storage racks/shelves in secured areas. May be required to handle same items multiple times. Baggage may weigh between 33.3 lbs. and 75 lbs.</li>\n <li>Track and reconcile all claims filed by customers.</li>\n <li>Push/pull baggage cart using two hands with forces between 51.4 lbs. and 75 lbs.</li>\n <li>Occasionally twist and turn upper and lower back when retrieving/placing luggage from carousel or luggage storage area, and when retrieving items from printers at desk.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age: 18</li>\n <li>High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent</li>\n <li>Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license; <strong>or otherwise maintain all necessary authority and identification to travel for business needs as required;</strong> some license restrictions may prohibit a candidate from being considered for this role.</li>\n <li>Ability to work rotating shifts including days, overnights, weekends, holidays, and rotating days off</li>\n <li>Flexible to work additional hours with short notice when operationally necessary</li>\n <li>Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work outside in variable weather conditions</li>\n <li>Must enjoy working under deadlines, working a physical job outdoors, and have an interest in the airline industry</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
