Participate as a member of the leadership team for a 24/7 operational unit, which includes responsibilities on weekends and holidays. Qualifications: Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required. Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license. Required Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. Previous leadership experience preferred. Emergency Department experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft office programs preferred.
