Our mission is to bridge traditional finance with the new digital economy, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, innovation, and trust.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">As a Legal Counsel with a specific focus on crypto-products, you will act as the key legal partner embedded in the product development lifecycle. You will work closely with Legal, Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams to assess and structure new digital asset products from the earliest concept stage through launch. Your role is to ensure that innovative products are built on legally sound foundations by evaluating regulatory, contractual, and compliance implications across custody, trading, tokenization, and related services. You will design scalable legal frameworks, define clear product guardrails, and structure agreements with external partners such as custodians, liquidity providers, vendors, and infrastructure partners. You will enable the business to innovate responsibly by translating complex regulatory requirements into practical, product-ready solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of MiCAR and EU financial regulation who enjoys working at the intersection of law, product strategy, and emerging financial infrastructure.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Act as the legal sparring partner for Product, Compliance, and Tech teams from the early product development stage onward.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Provide holistic legal assessments covering regulatory, civil, contractual, and compliance implications of new products.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Structure legally sound product and third-party frameworks, including vendor, API, liquidity, custody, and infrastructure agreements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Draft, negotiate, and review product-related contracts, terms &amp; conditions, and internal policies with strong legal and risk evaluation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Support the development of innovative digital asset products while ensuring regulatory compliance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Translate regulatory requirements into practical legal frameworks and product guardrails.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Build scalable legal guidelines and governance structures to support fast, compliant product development.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external partners on new product initiatives.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Your knowledge areas and experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• 6+ years PQE - Qualified lawyer in a European jurisdiction (local qualification is a must, depending on location).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Strong understanding of CASP-regulated activities including custody, trading, structuring, and tokenization.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Prior experience in FinTech, RegTech, or digital assets environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Solid understanding of MiCAR, MiFID II and broader EU financial regulatory frameworks.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Experience structuring and reviewing agreements related to liquidity providers, custodians, APIs, vendors, and infrastructure partners.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Strong capability to assess regulatory implications of product innovations in fast-moving environments.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">• Business-minded approach balancing regulatory risk with innovation.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
