Success in this role requires the ability to perform under pressure, make timely decisions, and maintain strong operational discipline while driving continuous improvement.</p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and support all aspects of <strong>737 Door Assembly Operations</strong></li>\n <li>Ensure teams consistently meet <strong>daily and weekly committed delivery targets</strong></li>\n <li>Drive <strong>quality improvements</strong> and corrective actions across the operation</li>\n <li>Serve as the <strong>primary on-site customer interface</strong>, providing clear, accurate reporting on delivery status and quality performance</li>\n <li>Communicate expectations effectively across all levels of the organization</li>\n <li>Develop and position the team for sustained execution excellence</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior <strong>assembly management experience</strong> in a manufacturing environment with complex deliverables</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to manage <strong>large teams</strong> and layered leadership structures</li>\n <li>Exceptional <strong>communication and interpersonal skills</strong></li>\n <li>Strong ability to work in <strong>fast-paced, high-pressure environments</strong></li>\n <li>Proven track record of meeting delivery and quality commitments</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>REPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides work direction and supervision for Assemblers</li>\n <li>Sets-up and run all of the various rivet squeezes in a quick and accurate fashion.</li>\n <li>Should be able to locate all of the safety data needed on jobs that require sealers and various hazardous materials.</li>\n <li>Checks to assure that all of the daily maintenance items are completed.     </li>\n <li>Should be willing to take a certified sealers test and become more efficient at sealing.</li>\n <li>Should have the understanding of the importance of logging of time into MRP and the handling of shop scrap.</li>\n <li>Works to maintain high morale in all areas and high efficiency in all areas. </li>\n <li>Create and maintain accurate shop notes.</li>\n <li>Review each individual kit to insure that it is ready to advance in the flow.</li>\n <li>Schedule and prioritize the flow of the shop orders.</li>\n <li>Assure that the shop inventory, rivets and consumables, are in stock.</li>\n <li>Ensure that adequate supplies are on hand and dates are current.</li>\n <li>Responsible for AS9100.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<p>Authority to stop any production order for quality or safety concerns.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<li>Must be able to read customer provided documents, proficient at setting-up all of the machines in his area. </li>\n<li>Must be able to work well with people and be capable of making decisions.</li>\n<li>High School Diploma or G.E.D</li>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></p>\n<p>While on the shop floor eye protection is required, and hearing protection may be necessary.</p>",
