Game day interns vital to the smooth operation of</p><p>each game day, as members of the staff represent the REVELxp brand while providing assistance, hospitality, and customer service to each tailgating guest.</p><ul><li><strong>Greet</strong> <strong>customers</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>guests</strong> warmly and provide an exceptional game day experience.</li><li><strong>Ensure</strong> <strong>professional</strong> <strong>presentation</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>all</strong> <strong>tailgates</strong> by arriving 6-7 hours prior to kick off by moving coolers, ice, and chairs, hanging up signage, and completing quality control checks according to logs and diagrams.</li><li><strong>Bellhop</strong> <strong>Responsibilities</strong> – be ready and attentive at site drop-off areas to welcome guests as they arrive, help unload and transport tailgating equipment to guests' designated areas, answer any questions, and inform when the tailgate site officially closes for the day.</li><li><strong>Exhibit</strong> <strong>outstanding</strong> <strong>customer</strong> <strong>service</strong> by checking in with guests to ensure their needs are met and having an unforgettable experience.
