You’ll develop pressure and flow management schemes, and create risk-mitigation plans.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Due to a contract win we are looking for applicants all around the Yorkshire Regions  </em></span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Hours &amp; Location:</span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Location: Sheffield / Bradford - Operative &amp; Office</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm 45 hours per week</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on suitability)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Benefit: Company Van</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">As a Network Technician, you will:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Propose and support flow/pressure management schemes with cost-benefit analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyse data from metering software, logged networks, and other sources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Use GIS for network mapping, tracing mains, and supporting DMA/PMA planning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Identify network anomalies and design asset management solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build risk mitigation plans and method statements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Plan and schedule project resources to meet deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track project progress, hours, and deliver client-ready reports.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support on-field delivery (e.g., probe work, isolations) and HSEQ compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Participate in the Health &amp; Safety committee; line manage where required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct surveys and inspections of existing drainage systems.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyse and interpret data from surveys and inspections.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: black; font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure that all drainage systems comply plans.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyse water samples to ensure healthy water<br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience and Qualifications:  (Desirable but not essential unless stated as required)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in water engineering, utilities, or a related technical roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of trunk mains / distribution network principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Full UK driving license (Required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clean Water Experience (Required)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Full training in the above will be provided if not already obtained. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why Join Lanes Group?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At Lanes Group, nothing is more important than the health, safety, and well-being of our people and customers.
