    "requirements_html": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, the project scheduler will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing construction project schedules.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities: None</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><p>· <strong>Willingness to travel</strong></p><p>· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</p><p>· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</p><p>· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>· Updating, analyzing and reporting progress in cost loaded schedules.</p><p>· Conducting monthly periodic review meetings with client and submission of periodic updates.&nbsp;</p><p>· Writing comprehensive reports/ narrative to define changes and reports submission to client.</p><p>· Understanding of project specifications to implement in project scheduling.</p><p>· Attend regular meetings and review the required information and schedule with construction team, recommend corrective actions for timely completion of projects.&nbsp;</p><p>· Create micro level projects and updates, to help construction teams in tracking the work.</p><p>· Help estimation department to create schedules for new projects.</p><p>· Assist the team on other relevant submittals and documents.</p><p>· Generate dashboards and project status reports for management.&nbsp;</p><p>· Any other relevant duties assigned by the Project Cost Controls Manager.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related field.</p><p>· 2-3 years of experience using the latest version of Primavera P6 preferred; USACE experience if a plus.&nbsp;</p><p>· Clear understanding of scheduling methods and techniques (such as CPM) required for analyzing and reporting of projects.</p><p>· Created large-scale construction projects, involved in projects updates and ability to identify and document changes, cost loading and resource leveling.</p><p>· Working knowledge of dashboards and other relevant techniques to represent forecast reports at management level.&nbsp;</p><p>· Working knowledge of RMS (Resident Management System) used at army core projects will be a plus.</p><p>· Ability to track project progress with less input from project managers or construction team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p><p>· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p>Competitive salary; commensurate with experience.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Benefit packages available – health insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) plan with employer match, paid holidays and vacation, paid parental leave, and tuition assistance</p><p>.</p><p><strong>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor an employment Visa at this time.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>BAUER Foundation Corp. is a DFWP and an equal opportunity employer.
