This role is accountable for translating maintenance strategies into actionable work plans, ensuring that labor, parts, tooling, and resources are organized efficiently and safely.</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop and implement planning, scheduling, and work management processes for a greenfield operation </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Establish standards for work order flow, backlog management, work prioritization, and planning quality </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate with Operations to ensure maintenance schedules align with production and operational priorities </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Build and </span><span>maintain</span><span> asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance (PM) strategies, job plans, task lists, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the CMMS/EAM system </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Ensure work order quality and </span><span>maintain</span><span> master data integrity to support </span><span>accurate</span><span> reporting and equipment history tracking </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Support reliability improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis (RCA), condition monitoring interpretation, and telematics/oil analysis review </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> opportunities to improve PM strategies and job plans based on data trends, failure modes, and equipment performance </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Champion preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to improve fleet reliability and equipment availability </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Partner closely with Materials Management and Procurement teams to support maintenance kitting and ensure parts availability </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and OEM partners to align maintenance priorities and </span><span>optimize</span><span> fleet performance </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Evaluate contractor and vendor performance to ensure compliance with maintenance standards and cost expectations </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Model and reinforce a strong safety culture aligned with MSHA regulations and Orla Mining standards </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Ensure all work plans, job procedures, and maintenance activities incorporate proper hazard identification and risk mitigation bold\"><span><span>Qualifications</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering</span><span> or a related field preferred </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of five years of experience in mobile maintenance within mining or heavy industrial operations </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>At least two years of senior-level maintenance planning experience, including developing work management processes, leading CMMS/EAM implementation, and supporting reliability and lifecycle cost initiatives for mobile mining equipment </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Minimum of fiv</span><span>e </span><span>years of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance experience </span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Strong background in reliability tools, maintenance strategy development, planning and scheduling,
