    "description": "<p>Chrysalis Psychiatry is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We believe very strongly in the importance of having a safe place to heal from emotional trauma, and in providing high quality, evidence-based treatment. We offer a variety of mental health services including medication management and interventional treatments for PTSD, depression, and other mental illnesses.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in New Mexico. This is an in-office position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents with various mental health concerns</li>\n<li>Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely client records and progress notes</li>\n<li>Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed</li>\n<li>Provide clinical supervision for our LMSW therapists</li>\n<li>Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or related field</li>\n<li>$75,000 - $80,000 base salary plus bonus</li>\n<li>License eligible in the state of New Mexico</li>\n<li>At least three years previous counseling experience required.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide clinical supervision required.</li>\n<li>Certification in DBT,  ERP or EMDR is strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, as well as psychology, therapy and counseling approaches</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills to assess a patient’s situation and build treatment plans</li>\n<li>Excellent listening skills to best understand a patient’s issues and concerns</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills to effectively guide patients and establish trust</li>\n<li>Crisis intervention skills to respond to patients in acute distress</li>\n<li>All new patient visits conducted in person, but we offer a mixture of in-person and telemedicine for follow-up visits based on patient needs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$75,000 - $80,000 base salary plus bonus</li>\n<li>Based on 32 clinical hours or an equivalent of supervision and clinical hours worked; salary guaranteed - not based on patients seen</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, vision insurance</li>\n<li>401K matching retirement plan</li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and development.</li>\n<li>Supportive and collaborative work environment.</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule and visit times.</li>\n</ul>",
