This role combines hands-on architecture with team leadership, guiding the delivery of scalable, high-performance eCommerce solutions. You will serve as the subject matter expert across Magento architecture, integrations, and cloud-based commerce ecosystems.&nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Magento (Adobe Commerce) solutions across B2C and/or B2B platforms.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Architect robust, secure, and high-performing eCommerce systems, including storefront, checkout, catalog, and order management functionality.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Provide hands-on development and oversight across Magento modules, extensions, APIs, and custom integrations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Guide teams through all phases of the SDLC, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and production support.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead integration efforts between Magento and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, PIM (e.g., Informatica MDM P360), payment gateways, and third-party services.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs and event-driven architectures to support headless or composable commerce strategies.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Optimize site performance, scalability, and security, including caching strategies (Varnish, Redis), indexing, and database optimization.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, ensuring stability and adherence to best practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Define and enforce Magento coding standards, architecture patterns, and development best practices.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor development teams, assigning tasks and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Oversee deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes in cloud environments (Adobe Commerce Cloud, Azure, or AWS).&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Analyze KPIs such as site performance, conversion rates, and system reliability to recommend improvements.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Stay current with Magento/Adobe Commerce releases, ecosystem tools, and emerging eCommerce technologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree – Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred</li>\n <li>9 years of experience in a lead development role.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in common programming and data language, for example, JAVA, Python, SQL, .NET, API, or Data Base, etc.</li>\n <li>3 years preferred of leadership as a creative, competent team builder preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have a background with Informatica MDM solutions including P360 / C360 / S360 / R360.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Databricks.</li>\n <li>Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.</li>\n <li>Skills in programming and systems analysis.</li>\n <li>Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems &amp; interpret instructions in any form.</li>\n <li>Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-JB1</p>\n<p>#LI-REMOTE</p>",
