We have an in-house Architectural Finishes &amp; Specialty Fabrication Division that ships/installs nationally.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking a Scheduler at our Philadelphia office.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop bid level and construction schedules from project pursuit through completion</li>\n<li>Plan project sequencing, durations, and milestones in coordination with project teams</li>\n<li>Maintain and update schedules to reflect actual progress and field conditions</li>\n<li>Monitor schedule performance and track key milestones and critical path activities</li>\n<li>Analyze delays and identify risks, conflicts, and potential schedule impacts</li>\n<li>Lead development of mitigation strategies and recovery plans when needed</li>\n<li>Evaluate and communicate schedule impacts related to changes and modifications</li>\n<li>Support project teams with schedule planning, forecasting, and progress tracking</li>\n<li>Prepare and review monthly schedule reports for leadership</li>\n<li>Maintain schedule related logs including trends and change tracking</li>\n<li>Provide scheduling guidance and oversight across multiple active projects</li>\n<li>Continuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and reporting standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need to be successful: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience.</li>\n<li>Skilled in Primavera P6.</li>\n<li>CPM Scheduling.</li>\n<li>Earned Value Management.</li>\n<li>Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Have a thorough understanding of project accounting and accrual collection.</li>\n<li>The ability to travel on occasion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Rycon Construction, Inc. we believe outstanding employees build the foundation necessary for excellence in business.
