This position ensures operational accuracy, professional presentation standards, and high-quality production supporting the people who move the mountain.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities of this role include:</b></p><ul><li><b>Uniform Operations: </b>Coordinate daily uniform issuing and returns; maintain accurate tracking records; support seasonal onboarding and end-of-season reconciliation.</li><li><b>Inventory &amp; Systems: </b>Maintain organized storage and accurate inventory tracking; utilize Excel for reporting, reclass processes, and annual counts (by style); monitor stock levels; partner with management to identify inventory gaps and needs</li><li><b>Name Tag &amp; Production Operations: </b>Operate BossLaser equipment to produce employee name tags and custom department requests; utilize LightBurn software to design and execute production files; manage formatting standards and material inventory.</li><li><b>Garment Maintenance &amp; Quality Control: </b>Oversee laundering workflow; inspect returns for damage; coordinate repairs with Sewing operations.</li><li><b>Administrative &amp; Cross-Department Support: </b>Serve as a secondary point of contact for department leads; maintain documentation and production records; support process improvements.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><div><ul><li>2&#43; years’ experience in operations, logistics, inventory control, retail, or production coordination</li><li>Experience with design or production software (LightBurn or similar) preferred</li><li>Strong Excel proficiency and comfort working in tracking systems</li><li>Comfortable operating production equipment (laser engraving preferred)</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong communication skills and professional employee-facing presence while working with large groups</li><li>Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, seasonal environment</li><li>Ability to lift up to ~30lbs</li><li>Flexible, solution-based thinker to solve fulfillment issues in the moment</li></ul><p></p></div><p><span>Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $21.25</span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span><span><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.</span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"><span><span><span> </span></span></span></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span><span><span>Mammoth Mountain is an equal opportunity employer.</span></span></span></p>",
