Our core values are the backbone of our business and guide our hiring process: we have Integrity, are Honest, and Professional.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p>As an Apprentice Sprinkler Fitter, you'll work alongside licensed journeymen to install, modify, and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-earn role tied to a registered apprenticeship program.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Day-to-day responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisting with the installation of sprinkler piping, heads, hangers, and related components following approved blueprints and NFPA 13/13R/13D standards</li>\n<li>Cutting, threading, grooving, and joining pipe using hand and power tools</li>\n<li>Helping with system testing, flushing, and inspections</li>\n<li>Maintaining a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations</li>\n<li>Attending all required apprenticeship classes and completing coursework on schedule</li>\n<li>Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>\n<li>Enrollment in, or eligibility for, a UA (United Association) or equivalent registered apprenticeship program</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and stand for extended periods</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license preferred</li>\n<li>Basic mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn</li>\n<li>Reliable attendance — this role requires consistent on-site presence</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<p>Work is performed primarily at active construction sites. Exposure to varying temperatures, heights, confined spaces, and loud equipment is expected.
