Join us in modernizing commercial insurance with modern AI.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Overview:</span> </span><span>In this role, you will be joining the Professional Services Team as a  Senior Technical Consultant. </span>You will ensure that our customers make the best possible use of the Convr platform, equip them to pursue their strategic objectives, and help them achieve their desired business goals. You will develop a deep technical and functional understanding of Convr product capabilities and customer needs to act as the Convr expert during customer implementation projects.<span> </span><span>Daily tasks include developing software using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes. </span>You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Customer Success teams to effectively drive product-oriented conversations with customers. You should maintain a solution-oriented approach and be excited to be a part of a growing team, welcoming the challenges that come along with a high growth environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em> </em></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great communication skills in technical concepts and solutions</li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task and manage priorities while meeting deadlines</li>\n<li>Enjoys solving problems</li>\n<li>Passionate about learning and technology</li>\n<li>Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes for the success of our customers!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll be Doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical consulting expertise for complex, high-impact projects</li>\n<li>Propose conceptual technical solutions and make changes based on the client’s feedback in an Agile Environment</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the development team to maintain, fix, and improve existing applications.</li>\n<li>Develop program specifications and construct/modify code to meet business needs</li>\n<li>Assist with architecting software solutions for complex high-volume data environments</li>\n<li>Create testing strategies and procedures for all core components</li>\n<li>Test and debug programs</li>\n<li>Ensure technical deliverables to customers are complete, consistent, high quality, on time and deliver valued outcomes.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure custom solutions and integrations align with the Convr platform roadmap</li>\n<li>Work with offshore teams and partners to deliver seamless, high quality work product</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar</span></li>\n<li><span>Machine Learning/AI coursework/ Data Science coursework preferred</span></li>\n<li><span>Professional experience working in an Agile environment</span></li>\n<li><span>8+ years of experience coding &amp; implementing projects using Python and Java</span></li>\n<li><span>8+ years of Enterprise Application Experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience building RESTful microservices and APIs</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience working on a Platform oriented architecture and working with databases</span></li>\n<li><span>Elastic/Snowflake/Cassandra/RDBMS/MariaDB/MySQL/NoSQL</span></li>\n<li><span>Working knowledge of JIRA, Git, Gitlab, Jenkins.
