As the Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our TASC business and institutional client base. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our business, with the potential for significant career advancement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new TASC and institutional clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote Kotak Mahindra Bank's products and services.
Manage and mentor a team of Relationship Managers, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Represent the bank at industry events and conferences, building the bank's reputation.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in the banking sector.
Proven track record of successful client relationship management and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of team management.
In-depth knowledge of financial products and services, especially in the TASC domain.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
