WHO WE ARE
We are VITAS Healthcare, the nation’s leading end-of-life care provider since 1978.
Our hospice organization kickstarts careers in caring, promotes from within and provides a nationally recognized best-in-class employee experience.
Backed by industry-leading experts and an expanding network of programs in 15+ states, VITAS empowers team members to grow toward their goals while transforming patients’ lives.
VITAS team members help patients navigate the end of life with dignity, comfort and peace — ensuring every moment matters.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a hospice home care & inpatient physician, you will partner with clinical teammates to provide VITAS patients and families with high-quality care at the most challenging point in life.
Through in-person visits and telehealth appointments, you will use your compassion, communication skills and deep expertise to build meaningful relationships with your patients and the people who love them.
You will see the person behind each prognosis and create care plans centered around the patient’s wishes, needs and beliefs, often working in concert with the patient’s primary care physician.
