          "text": "<p>We are seeking a strategic and hands-on&#xa0;<strong>Sr. Field Marketing&#xa0;Manager</strong>&#xa0;to lead our regional field marketing efforts, reporting into a Sr. Director of Field Marketing based in Southern California.</p><p>This role will help drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local market sales through innovative, data-driven, and community-focused marketing initiatives.&#xa0;</p><p>The Sr. Field Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Digital Marketing, and Franchise Development, to deliver results in both franchise and company-owned markets.</p><p>This is a highly visible role for someone who combines big-brand experience with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to create scalable systems while also rolling up their sleeves to make an immediate impact.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><strong>Field Marketing Strategy</strong><ol><li>Build and execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement.</li><li>Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, regional campaigns, and community partnerships.</li><li>Use data and analytics to identify high-impact market opportunities and optimize performance across regions.</li><li>Partner with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams to localize national campaigns and ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability across the team.</li></ol></li><li><strong>Franchise &amp; Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><ol><li>Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide marketing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals.</li><li>Collaborate with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and consistent brand execution.</li><li>Serve as a marketing liaison to regional leadership and franchise advisory groups.</li></ol></li><li><strong>Budget Management</strong><ol><li>Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making and prudent allocation of resources.</li><li>Track and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations with leadership.</li></ol></li><li><strong>Community Engagement &amp; PR Support</strong><ol><li>Lead local community marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to build brand goodwill and increase store visibility.</li><li>Support local PR activations in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team.</li></ol></li></ul><p><strong>&#xa0;</strong></p>",
