Join our team as an IPV Logistics Material Specialist IV (LMS IV) and play a vital role in supporting maintenance operations through accurate inventory control, bench stock management, and hands-on logistics support.</p>\n<p>This position operates under the Projects ISO-certified processes with direct guidance from site management, ensuring compliance, precision, and operational excellence in a fast-paced DoD environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>As an LMS IV, you will be the backbone of bench stock operations, ensuring maintenance teams have the right materials at the right time.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform Kind, Count, and Condition (KCC) validation when processing incoming receipts</li>\n<li>Segregate, stage, and deliver bench stock materials from the SAIC central staging area to designated depot shops</li>\n<li>Accurately store materials in assigned bins and storage locations</li>\n<li>Conduct visual inventory checks of assigned bin locations at least twice weekly</li>\n<li>Scan and replenish bins at or below reorder points</li>\n<li>Enter and update data using computer systems and handheld scanners</li>\n<li>Print and apply bar code labels as required</li>\n<li>Issue bench stock to maintenance personnel with professionalism and accuracy</li>\n<li>Quickly escalate customer concerns to site management for resolution</li>\n<li>Cross-level stock between storage locations to meet maintenance demands</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>5+ years of customer service experience</li>\n<li>Experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, or administrative support</li>\n<li>Active DoD Secret Clearance (required)</li>\n<li>Valid state driver’s license</li>\n<li>Maintenance experience on equipment</li>\n<li>Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds daily</li>\n<li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods</li>\n<li>Comfortable operating material handling equipment (pallet jack, delivery cart, etc.)</li>\n<li>Ability to read and follow basic written instructions</li>\n<li>Willingness to wear required PPE (hearing protection, safety goggles, ESD wristbands, OSHA-approved safety shoes)</li>\n<li>U.S. Citizenship</li>\n<li>Ability to pass federal drug screening and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Highly Desired:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior DoD bench stock experience</li>\n<li>Prior DoD supply experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Sets You Apart</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong practical judgment and problem-solving ability</li>\n<li>Clear and confident communication skills</li>\n<li>High attention to detail</li>\n<li>Customer-focused mindset</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while supporting a team mission</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p>This is more than a logistics role—it’s an opportunity to directly support critical maintenance and defense operations.
