A team player, who plans and allocates resources as required to achieve the highest level of operational performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. Ensures compliance with all environmental and safety requirements of the facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Planning: Works with the Business Unit Leader to prepare divisional plans and strategy, Annual Business Plan and Budget, and other plans as required.</li>\n <li>Decision Making/Judgment: Reviews and adjusts the organization to ensure the resources are allocated for daily performance and long-term success.</li>\n <li>Deliver Results: Measures and tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including safety, delivery, quality, cost, compliance, etc.</li>\n <li>Directing: Managers, supervisors, and team leaders manage all operations functions.</li>\n <li>Leading: Provides leadership to all Division employees, promoting the company's mission, values, and Fundamentals.</li>\n <li>Controlling: Assures that customer requirement is met, corporate policy is followed, and action plans are completed on time and within budget.
